Till We Have Faces : A Myth Retold, C.S. Lewis. A retelling of the myth of Psyche that anticipates later fairytale reworkings popular in the mid 80's and 90's. Lewis plays with classical notions of femininity in a manner that should provoke discussion and possibly disgust to modern feminists.

I love almost anything by C.S. Lewis. I would be interesting in doing a tour of his area as we study his writings. I wonder what high school study abroad options are available. I hear that you can even stay in his home in Oxford on some tours. What do you guys know about this?
